Finally finished my canopy. Flip back mod. No cracks so far!
The only holes drilled are on the bows. The sides are glued with RTV to the rails and screwed from the bottom through angle aluminum.

I recieved my baffle kit late 2011 and it was pre bent. In fact it was bent wrong with the oil slot on the wrong side.

That's not the buffer I used. Those are good for waxing cars but not powerful enough to polish.

This is mine. I got the buffing pads at an auto body supply shop.

It makes short work of polishing the aluminum.

I played with my Nuvite starter kit on the crush plate I salvaged off my used Jabiru. I was amazed at the way it came out with just the F9. I too have a HF buffer with wool bonnet.
